At UTN Wholesale, we strive to provide our business partners with high-quality inventory and a seamless procurement experience. If your order does not meet expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and SKU details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our central distribution hub; we recommend insuring high-value wholesale shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the inventory's condition, your refund or credit memo will be processed within 5-7 business days.
